Sorry. OEM wiring harnesses for Vanagon radios do not have ACC. You may have wired up something to the CONNECTOR, but the connector isn't connected to anything. I had this same problem with I installed a radio in to my 91 non-GL. I had forgotten that little tidbit and was trying to figure out why my radio didn't turn on. When I double checked the harness connectors I realized that there wasn't a corresponding wiring (going to power) on the OEM side of the connector.
