So wait Neil you're building from the head all the way down or just from the collectors down? You said "90 deg pipes" plural from "manifold " to collector... are you referring to primaries from the exhaust flange to the collector there? Or it the jetta system a 4-2-1 style exhaust or something? With mild steel you should be able to find 1.5D bends(1.5x the diameter of the tubing, which yields a 3" CLR or center line radius which is how "tight" the bends are). Jim Akiba
