Aag!! You shouldn't even be asking about this. SNAKE OIL. There are no magic fuels for cars. Gasoline. Distillate. Ethanol (or other simple alcohols such as methanol and propanol). Kerosene, turpentine. Propene, ethane, methane. Any organic liquid compound (hydrocarbon) that burns easily but doesn't evaporate volatilely (making acetone difficult to use, though I've done it). Compressed hydrogen. Electricity (which has to be generated somewhere, often using fuels). Nothing else. Not power from ley-lines, no water power... -- Andrew Grebneff Dunedin New Zealand Fossil preparator Seashell, Macintosh, VW/Toyota van nut ‚ Opinions stated are mine, not those of Otago University "There is water at the bottom of the ocean" - Talking Heads
