Yep. It's low!

It's a Jetta 2.0 at 15 degrees:

Engine roughed in. Air cleaner test fit:

I left a little too much room between engine and bottom part of carrier, plus I used 1" box for bottom part AND it's a 15 degree mount.

It should work out fine though.
