Hi volks,

Does anyone know (before I take me right angle, standard driver and do some damage) if the screw accessed from the bottom of the latch simply lessens the latch tension or is the method of removing the latch, or both?

I'd like to remove the window to clean and refurbish and am wondering if there's a place to buy ANY of the assoicated window parts (i.e. molding, sleeves, water barrier, et cetera). Haven't seen any online.
