There's a reason I no longer am a customer of BusDepot. They may have been the first and longest of the vendors, but their customer service and practices are still 20th century.

I'll buy from Volks-Cafe/Van-Cafe or Go Westy or (shockingly) from my VW dealer. At least they are responsive, and get the parts I order. You don' t have to wonder if your order is going to be fulfilled, if you'll be notified if parts are no longer available, or when it will ship.
