I feel anxious too. Just watching them "drive" my Westy!

Passing emissions is an accomplishment. And I think the "techs" sometimes know that. On my last visit to emissions testing centre, the guy delivering the good news, could tell I was relieved. I think there are a few that recognize how much we love our Vanagons.
