Subject: Drivers Seat Swivel-The Verdict

OK, had nothing else going on today so I cut out the swivel on the drivers seat on my '84 Westy. I had a few replies to my question from yesterday, said I 'd gain about an inch. An inch didn't sound worth it, but I am so glad it is gone. Much more comfortable seating position (as Chris T said there would be). I can see the face of the radio now-I may not have to lean so far down to see a traffic light when I'm the first car at the light. So, as for me, it was well worth all the work (cutting, grinding, primering and painting). YMMV. Jeff
