Leron,

The upholstery fabric was discussed a while back and the short version is that an exact replacement doesn't exist. The seats in my '85 have been shredded for years - I suspect the previous owners put slip on seat covers early in the van's life.

I had a similar problem with the O2 sensor on mine as well. The sensor wire is a shielded cable and the shield is grounded inside the ECU connector. The crimped on collar that splices the shielding to ground corroded . I disassembled the connection, cleaned it and soldered the connection. With this done it worked much better.

I'm a little confused by the pre-sensor you are referring to.
