Thanks for the info Chris, sounds like I have a project for this afternoon. I had already thought about sealing off the van to keep dust/sparks from flying all over the place! Thinking more about it this morning, you have to wonder why they put the swivel base under the drivers seat to begin with-in a Westy config it's never going to turn more then 1/4 to face the passenger seat. I've had domestic conversion vans that also have driver seat swivels, but the same thing, won't turn very far due to the steering wheel. Selling it for around $100.00 sounds great, it would help pay for the Garmin GPS I bought on line last night! ( a bottle of wine, laptop, and credit card can be a dangerous combination!) Jeff
