I know and I apologize for bringing it up again. It's just that I had not really seen their prices in awhile.

It was not to long ago that their Syncro westy's were $60K and now they are $90K. I'm just not buying that they since are doing a top down restoration it's worth that price. They just keep pushing the price as high as the market will bear regardless of what it costs them to rebuild the van. Simple supply and demand, if there are takers at that price why not sell it at that price. I'm just amazed that people have $90K pocket change for toys.

I think there are plenty of shops that will bring my '83 back to good as new for allot less than $60K.

Anyway, what was really irking me is somehow they are paying real lowball amounts for these vans to start with. Where are they getting these vans from? Are they kicking out the canes from old ladies or something?

And the million dollar question is, what if I bought a $90K Syncro westy from them then drove it back into the lot 1 week later. How much would they buy it from me for? :)

OK, I'll shut up now.

Bryan
