I don't have any firsthand experience in the Westy market, but if it's really as described (assuming you mean 73,000 on the miles) then from what I've seen you'd probably be hard pressed to find one in that condition for much less. Especially in your area.

But, are you prepared to KEEP it in that condition? Store it during the winter? Have it maintained professionally, on schedule, and keep all the documentation? Not pack on the miles? (its current average is under 5,000 miles per year).

Insurance could be troublesome -- be sure you document its condition and get agreement from the insurance company on its value, otherwise you could be looking at a $5000 "total loss" payment if something unfortunate happens.
