I did, both times I added water to the tank. The carpet padding or insulation under the wood floor, inside the compartment (behind the outlet) seems damp but I'm unable to determine how damp and of course, the extent. I suspect the first tankful leaked into the van but don't see how unless there's a crack in the tank, which I doubt, given the material.
