I used Soprema's 'ice guard' type product. It similar to 'Peel 'n' Seal'
with the asphaltic base but the top skin is a tough tan coloured
plastic/vinyl.
It seems to be sticking well. Dixie is white, which might help, and we've
only had it in 106 degree temps plus whatever the sun on the door adds.
