It is not a P22. Someone removed the water tank cabinet and most of the closet and used the parts from them to make we we see now. The upper fridge door is the one from above the water tank.

The early Westys known as P22 had no stove and had smaller kitchen cabinet. Did not come in that color cabinet either. North American models I mean. Europe had many variations in addition to our few.
