Speaking as someone who is constantly on the phone trying to troubleshoot software problems, nothing can rile faster than having left a voicemail with very specific questions about what-when-where-why-how and then have a return voicemail cheerily inform, "Returning your call. Guess we're playing phone tag. Bye." Click. More rant available on request.

When I come across that gold mine of Vanagon parts you can be sure I'll disclose the location (after I get everything I want).
