In that it's easier to find black plastic mirrors in good condition and the fact that you can get aftermarket black window cranks, you can get the black items and spray them brown with Krylon Fusion "Satin Espresso" number 2436.

My local store carries Krylon Fusion ... but not Satin Espresso #2436. They did, however, order some for me when I supplied the number.
