That can happen around here if you have local diesel in your tank, then take a trip up to the local ski hill... happened to us many years ago in our diesel Rabbit when the hill got unusally cold, in the -20s C during the day. At the coast, we never see below -10C, so I guess they don't treat it as much as in colder places.

Yes, diesel has gone from being .15 per liter less than regular gas, to about $0.15 more in the past 6-8 months here. Currently around 1.29 CDN. Since I often go 3-4 weeks between tanks, the difference can be shocking each time I fill!
