Interesting you say that I am suspicious that our local VW (also Audi and Subaru) dealer sends the oil change jobs across the street to K-Mart (which also does automobile "service"). I've never actually witnessed it but there are always a lot of late models of those marques parked out behind the K-mart building by the service bay doors.
