It's always good to mention the van has to be level to operate the fridge, otherwise permanent damage can occur to the fridge.

And one thing I discovered about seeing the little blue propane flame in the tiny window at the back of the fridge- - the sight angle is very low. Like your head has to be about 10 inches off the floor in front of the open fridge to see the flame. If your just in front of it looking to see the flame, if you're not pretty low you can't see it actually. Scott

There should be operation instructions for fridge on the door of fridge.

You got your stove working, so one can hope that LP is getting to your fridge.

Test your fridge on AC first. Leave it for at least an hour to see if cooling unit is cooling. If it is, then try the LP. They can be tricky to light. I prime mine with air, then start using the ignitor as soon as I depress the yellow button. This way the combustion chamber doesn't flood as easily.
