Giving any fastener that's stuck several good sharp whacks with a hammer has a HUGE affect on helping it be able to be unscrewed. I do this on ALL stuck cv joint screws......really.......it can have a 50 % affect. Also, you must use a 6 point wrench or socket, not 12 point. File the drain plug head by hand if you have to, to get a good 13 mm 6 point wrench on there. Lastly, drain it by the oil filler tube, unbolt that. Like think outside the box you know.
