As i discovered, just because the pipes (and even the engine in my case) are out.....there's still coolant in there! As far as i have concluded, there's always another gallon of coolant somewhere in the system that will call conveniently all over you, when you least expect it.

A 30LB bag of clay absorber will be your best friend.
