dear miguel you will require a metal crimping bender tool that operates by air and creates an edge on the old skin to set the replacement skin into then you can weld ... if it were wod it would be called a rabbit plane and the set back would be called a rabbit ...(think wood door jamb) notice how the door sits into the frame and looks smooth on the outside ... anyway there is a really nifty tool for creating this bend i just cant recall the name of it ...

but as i said in the earlier post ... hammer and dolly should get most of the wrinkles out straiten the door post at local body shop where 4 x 4 s are repaired after weekend dirt fest ok thats the extent of my knowledge ... only a couple of successful body repairs under my belt ... one 68 type 2 and one 89 chrysler lebaron convertible
