Is there a special tool for removing valve lifters? I have been trying a magnet, but it is not strong enough. I was adjusting my lifters when I discovered one was very soft. I can easily push it in with the palm of my hand. I also know this cylinder is a little low on compression as well (165 vs 185 for the others). And the final piece of evidence that the lifter might be weak, is that the adjusting screws has a hammered look that the others don't have. Just can't get the old one out.
