The first time I saw pics of the Projektzwo bumpers were on Phil's website some 9 years ago. I believe the others were copied from those plans. As for the best tube bumpers made, I have not seen anything better than the original Projektzwo in terms of quality. Of course, they were more than double the price of anything currently being offered by Aircooled.net or Van-cafe.com. Besides that, the US sourced bumpers can be customized with various options unavailable from Projektzwo. I do like the ball ends of the PZ bumpers vs. flat end caps on the US-made bumpers.
