It is similar in installation and function to the Audiovox CCS-100. I installed a vacuum cannister at the same time so I don't know how well it would perform without it. Just about any of the old "Universal type" cruise control systems can be adapted to a manual vanagon ... unless they were designed for automatic transmissions only. None were designed with a rear engine in mind so the kit's wires must be cut and extended to go to the front. Mike |
