The one on the right (where the keyhole is) is for external filling of the onboard 13 gallon potable water tank.

I always fill mine from inside where I can clean and inspect the tank at the same time.

The left one is for "City Water" and it's best to purchase a pressure regulator that goes between that fitting and the hose so that the internal system is never overpressurized. Personally, I'd recommend that you remove the screws that hold the plastic fitting to the van ... pull it out a ways ... then "Test" the system with city water hooked up. Many of these have cracked inside and hooking up to city water will soak the area behind the fridge and cause major rust ... if the entire kitchen isn't removed so the area can be dried out.
