Hi,

Nerdly investigation shows ...

We're also "unable to connect".

Ping shows DNS resolution working fine. Traceroute shows ... the IP address that gets translated is: 74.95.11.4 (but the 'traceroute' hasn't yet completed) ...

'whois.net' for 74.95.11.4 shows: "your query limit has been exceed for today". Haarrruumph! ( BTW, this is our first query of today. >:-/ ) ...

Traceroute is ***still*** not finished !!!!

Finally finished. Nothing unusual on traceroute. So we surmise that the software that runs the web server is down. Using a browser to connect to 74.95.11.4 results in ... nothing useful.

So the server hardware's up and the IP is good. But the server "software is broken". Probably needs a reboot.
