Subject:      Relocate LP Tank

Since I have my LP tank out, I am thinking of mounting it on the passenger
side to help balance the weight a bit and make it more convenient to turn
on/off. There are only two existing threaded studs, so I will have to add
two more. There are two nuts welded to the body that look like I could just
screw in some studs. Are these strong enough or do I have to rip up the
floor to put a bolt in from the top? Also, there are plastic plugs inside
those nuts which will have to come out. Maybe they can be carefully drilled
out from the bottom?


Any thoughts from the volks who have BTDT?
