Be careful about editions.  The one the link points to is from 1999.
Used copies selling for as little as 35 cents.  Probably worth what
they cost ...


There's a 2005 Edition.  The link I found it at is:

Information in a three years' old guide is still subject to
"Hmmmmm ......" ... so the key, I believe, is to be flexible.
