RE: Where are they? Thanks for hunting that info up and posting the link. Their Website tripped the switch on a general gripe I have about many, many Websites. People wouldn't buy a big ad in the Yellow Pages and not include their address but so many businesses put out the time and/or money for a good Website BUT never tell their prospective customers where they are!! Especially on something like we are talking about, many people, if close by, would want to go to the 'store' and at least look. My other pet peeve is big vendors of specialty products. Google and find exactly what you want on the manufacturers Website. But they don't sell, only ship to 'distributors', no links to even online vendors let alone any nearby brick and mortar stores. So you follow the link to the distributor that looks like they are close to you. But they don't sell either. BUT the distributor handles 200 product lines AND provides no link to any retailer. At that point you are back to Google and try to get creative with you search. If you get lucky you might find a local store you can walk into and spend your money (or find that they don't stock what you want and will have to special order). |
