I think this doesn't really work. It misses messages. For example, I browsed and picked an arbitrary message, this one: http://gerry.vanagon.com/cgi-bin/wa.exe?A2=ind0611b&L=vanagon&F=&S=&P=28169 This contains all of the terms head gasket acura But google doesn't find the message when I use these terms. It doesn't even find it when I search for overheating acura, even though these words are both in the subject (And so found on some index pages of the archives). In my experience, this is how it is with most emails in the archive. I think that for whatever reason, google doesn't fully index the archives. Probably has something to do with the fact that it's a database with the cgi script frontend, instead of a bunch of files. In my experience, if you search the archives using google and come up empty handed, there's a good chance that there are actually emails that match your search that google just isn't finding.
