Based on what you are seeing with the infrared thermometer, I'd say you're OK as long as you don't drive hard, fast, or lug the engine. No hard acceleration, etc. I suppose the term "Low Temperatures" is relative. Maintaining normalish (likely they'll be slightly higher) running temperatures is important. Too cool can be bad as can too hot. Mike |
