Running the battery down to 11.3 volts at rest is over discharging it. Barely getting it to 14V in 6 hours is doing some bulk charging but you are not fully charging, (bulk, acceptance, finish). That battery is going to have short life if you don’t occasionally get it on a real charger.

Before you go hog wild on a monster PV setup let me point out that on a sunny summer day, with the Norcold running, a 54 watt Kyocera pulls my 100 AH aux battery all the way up to 14 V over about a six hour period, that from about 11.3 V that last time I kept notes. I'm not saying that the 50 watt range is adequate expcept under ideal conditons but most people have been more than happy with 80 to 120 watt setups.
