I don't think you'll be very successful if you won't be able to answer buyers' questions about the van past this description.

If you're trying to sell a van that you bought but haven't even seen/driven yet, that's territory I don't really know what to do with. What's up with the title??

What is this O-ring it needs?? (Is this secret code for head gasket?!) If this o-ring is REALLY no big deal, then you're almost certainly better off fixing it (or paying someone too) and then selling it as a van that doesn't need any immediate work. Otherwise, "just needs an O-ring near the heads" sounds very shady. People will not want to buy a van with mysterious engine issues, especially because it prevents them from knowing the condition of the rest of the engine.

Also, I agree with Scott. Pictures are not optional. Take lots of them. You don't need a digital camera. The local photo store can develop film pictures and put them on a CD for you.
