We went camping at Agua Caliente. Woke up to lotsa' agua frio falling from the sky.

As we drove westward on I-8, we saw lotsa' folks pulled over, forced over, or (worse) spun-out. But we felt safe enough to continue because we had really good traction on the slush, since the rear driving wheels had the weight of the engine over them. It seemed like steering was (as far as it's possible in one of these vehicles) good and true. No drama.

However ... we did immediately after this event go out and buy snow chains!
