If you mean to convert from the early Beetle-type fuses to the later blade-types; not without major electrical surgery. The many different-colored plug-in harness connectors on the back of the fusebox are different. The pinouts are different on each connector. So, if you get the fuse assy with all the harness connectors, you could splice it all together. BIG job. I started this same project for my '84 and gave up part way through. I still have the parts.
