Since it runs ok cold, I'd disconnect the o2 sensor and see if it runs ok hot. This will force the system open loop, ignoring the o2 sensor.

If that works, there's some o2 sensor and/or ground problem.

If that doesn't work, it's possible that the o2 sensor wire is shorted to ground, making it look lean.
