For sure.

And after one does them, check on them every time you check the oil. Look for wet spots and keep an eye on the transition of in and return hoses at firewall.

I did my lines soon after getting my Westy. Thank you list! They were fine for most of a year. But..... on my last trip, while statically timing the engine in a campground, I noticed a *small* wet spot on one of the driver side hoses. Not sure exactly where it leaked (between hose and steel line or tiny leak on hose itself) but like a good boy I had spare FI hose, so I replaced that section. I had to replace a FI, but that was due to my own poor technique. Luckily I carried 2 spares. Anyhow.....

The engine is out now, but even so, the next owner of it will get the "replace the lines" suggestion!
