Check your fluid level (under instrument cluster cover) first. If it is full then your master cylinder is going bad and should be replaced immediately. Do not drive the van in this condition. You are risking your life and the lives of others. Be safe. If your fluid is low then you have to find the leak. Fill the fluid again and pump the brakes. Now have a helper look under the van to see if there is anything dripping or squirting. If not then it is probably the rear wheel cylinders which you can only see after you pull the rear drums.
