Thanks Frank. I checked with my VW parts store back home and he says it
is the same part numbers for Bays as Vanagons. One more question -
should the spacer be replaced every time or can it be reused? In my
situation, the only damaged part is the left outer bearing - no damage
to the stub shaft or spacer (thankfully).
Also, is there any reason the spacer currently on it would not be the
correct size? I know the history and previous owners of my van and know
for a fact that the rear wheel bearings have never been replaced. So it
stands to reason that the spacer currently on it is from the factory.
