Hi all. I'm trying to find the best way to run the hard plastic vacuum line (for brake servo) in engine bay to my Jetta engine. I can see that some of the original air cooled piece could be used, but I'd have to move the check valve to a left/right position and come up with a transition to the Jetta intake manifold and a way to join the new pieces. 5/8" heater hose and clamps to join the newly cut pieces? 1/2" copper pipe bits and 5/8" heater hose for transition to Jetta intake manifold? Or is this stuff sold by the foot? Can the check valve be seperated from the current hose easily? I've never worked with this stuff before. Now back to your regular programming. Neil.
