And, let's not forget that this particular incarnation of snake oil was invented for */carburetors/* to supposedly help atomize the gas as it was dumped through the jets. Didn't work then, and certainly won't work for fuel injection systems. A tin-foil turning vane upstream of the throttle body will have zero effect on the airflow patterns at the point of fuel injection. Now about that scenic mountain property I have for sale in Florida....
