Only part of that O2 sensor wire is shielded. The black wire from the sensor itself, up to the spade connector, isn't shielded. The green wire, from the spade connector to the ECU, is shielded. I've known others who have run an unshielded wire, from that spade connector, forward to a meter without problems. In fact, I'm getting ready to run an unshielded wire forward to connect to my "Ken Lewis" LED O2 monitor.
