 I have been seeing these mileage questions and I thought I would ask how
the air cooled Westy's do with a standard transmission? I have not driven
one in at least 10 years, and gas just hit 3.92 here this morning. two of
the three Vanagons we have here in the Midwest will now become "organ
donors". thanks
