It could be temp II as others are suggesting and you should start there. However it could also be valve adjustment. When the van is cold the oil pressure is around 60 psi at idle. If your valve adjustment is too tight it can make you have low manifold pressure at idle which can lead to running like crap/stalling. You can check this with a vacuum gauge in a minute. You want to see around 15 inmg at idle. If you are seeing less then you should probably let the van heat up, check it again and then adjust the valves to zero lash all around and see if this brings your manifold pressure up.
