Try opening the front air vent. If some of the noise is coming from the
front vent it will get substantially quieter. To fix this you need to remove
the dash and replace the weather strip on the main vent flap. With the dash
out you can fix other things that make noise as well, like windshield wiper
arms, heater motor, etc. You can also put sound proofing in normally
inaccessible places.

You can try putting some approx. 1/8" x 3/8" weatherstrip felt from the
hardware store in the bottom of the window channel. I have done this and
seems to help a little as well.

Also, Orchard Supply Hardware (OSH) has some automotive/marine
weatherstripping that I used to create a double layer of weatherstrip around
the inside edge of the front doors. This made a very noticeable difference
in wind noise.

Clean the paint surface with rubbing alcohol and stick a single bead on the
inside edge of the door frame where you can see it sandwiched in there from
the inside. I did the sides and top of the door frame with one continuous
piece. It is black and looks somewhat factory. $10 for a 17 ft roll, enough
to do both front doors.
