Back in '73, when I bought my first new VW, a  Beetle, it had a 10 gallon tank and cost about $3.50 to fill up and that lasted me two weeks! Of course, I only made about $25.00-$30.00/week back then (still in school and working part time) Anyone remember the McDonald's ad that said you could feed a family of 4 and get change back from a 5 dollar bill? Ahhhh, the good old days!     Jeff
