There are pictures online of a VR6 in a Yangon. I don't believe that is an engine you would mount at any other angle that what is stock in the car.........which is nearly straight up an down, ., a few degrees from that perhaps. it's to 'wide' I'd think to tilt over much. It might be bit tall. too. I thnk it's been done in Europe. just run a google search on it - VR6 engine in a Vanagon ..........or T4 ( is that right ? ) that they call the Vanagon in places like England. there is also a VW V-6, - a Passat 4 Motion car engine, in some US model years. like 2002 or so.

(This V-6 engien....... ( not a VR6 ) ............I have seen one in a Syncro Double Cab Vanagon - at Syncro de Mayo West, near Hollister Ca. That engine would lend itself to installatioin in a Vangon better than a VR6 i believe. scott www.turbovans.com
