The government has been behind US corporations in out sourcing just about
everything to Asia then sells products made (and developed) there back
to us. Just think of the US dollar build up in China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan,
Singapore, Hong Kong, and all those oil producing countries including Russia.

The result is weak US economy and weak dollar. They naturally have to sell
oil at much higher US dollars to counter the depreciation of dollars.

Americans have had years of good days making a living enjoying the gains
from their real estates. Well, not any more for now. That's why we are
whining about gas prices.

Hewlett Packard Company used to develop and make good stuff in the USA. Now
it is really a trading company selling computers made in China. They used
to have dozens of sites in the Bay Area. Now there are only a handful of them.
This is why dollars becomes so valueless. This is why price of gas has to
go up and keep going up.

Have you got the tax rebate from uncle Sam? I bet most people spent the rebate
in buying new HD TVs. Bush is such an idiot. I bet 99% of those HD TVs are
made in Asia. The tax rebate will be just another round of bashing to the value
of dollars. Price of gas will just go a few dollars higher because of the
rebate.

Don't stop traveling with our Vanagons. It feeds our economy by spending dollars
in our national parks, camp grounds, and McDonalds.
